I will definitely be returning, I had a pleasant experience staff are friendly and informative, the hormones really gave me the boost that I needed, I would like to see more advertisements about hormone replacement therapy so that woman can start having conversations about hormones and age related changes without feeling embarrassed.
Dr. McElrath has created a wonderful way of getting to know you as a person, not just a “patient”. She is eager to share with you a wealth of knowledge and guidance through individualized health coaching sessions; according to your personal needs. I loved working with her though this program because our sessions were not solely about “food” and “diet”. While nutrition is an important component in the topic of overall health and wellness, it is not the only focus throughout your time together. She has a strategic way of encouraging you to think outside the box, try new things, prioritize/create goals, and provides a professional outsider’s perspective on issues that she feels might be holding you back, emotionally, from becoming your best self. I specifically appreciated the user friendly patient portal and access to other wellness literature specific to my goals set for the next session. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is willing to make a commitment towards a healthier lifestyle and personal growth.
